1. Data controller

iBrand Media Co., Ltd. ("the Company") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

2. What we collect

Proposal and studio booking forms: your name, brand or company, email or phone, and any details you provide.

Job applications: your full name, role of interest, phone or LINE ID, portfolio link and anything you tell us about yourself.

Basic technical data, such as browser type and pages visited, logged by our hosting provider for security.

3. Why we use it

To reply and prepare the proposal you asked for (steps prior to entering a contract).

To assess job applications (consent and steps prior to an employment contract).

To keep the website secure and prevent misuse (legitimate interests).

We do not sell personal data or use it for marketing without your consent.

4. Who we share it with

Only relevant staff (sales for enquiries, HR for applications) and the service providers we use to host and store data, under data-protection terms. Some providers may be located outside Thailand.

5. How long we keep it

Business enquiries are kept for up to 2 years after our last contact. Unsuccessful applications are kept for up to 1 year. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, copy, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
